UPDATE : I am allowed back on. No response from Twitter at all… I am totally shocked!
As Director of Digital Media for 4 radio stations I use social media a ton. I have to tweet, retweet on other platforms etc. I log into and out of many accounts (up to 12 work / personal) per day. But yesterday your powers that be thought I was a bot and shut my account down.
As someone with <500 twitter friends I might not be a priority but I service my community with pride.
I tried using your automated system to get my account back up again.
But your service hung up on me when I answer the phone. I tried again and again to use your system.
So I’m stuck, unable to be social because, for a social company, you are really not social.
