Anthony Bourdain died today at the age of 61 from a reported suicide.

I always liked Bourdain for his ability to just speak his mind. Bourdain never held anything back, from his drug addiction to eating some of the oddest things in the world.

“Your body is not a temple, it’s an amusement park. Enjoy the ride,” he wrote in his memoir, “Kitchen Confidential: Adventures in the Culinary Underbelly.”

If you or anyone you know is at risk of committing suicide, please call the National Suicide Prevention Lifeline at 1-800-273-8255.
